Janice has the capacity to design and execute a bronze sculpture appropriate for the setting considering such factors as location, the essence of the community, and the available funds. Janice commonly blends her ideas with those of the committees involved to accurately portray the spirit of the community.

All clay work is done personally by Janice at her studio. She has the ability to take a small model of the monument and build the armature and the ensuing full-size clay sculpture strictly by eye. No shortcuts are taken as Janice oversees the work from start to finish, including the clay work, molds, waxes, and bronze work.
